Art by Genevans

Many creative Genevans have pursued art as a profession or hobby. While Arthur Dove is the most prominent of Geneva artists, there are many artists who have called the city home. The Historic Geneva collection has a selection of paintings, drawings and sculpture that have been produced by the city’s residents. This exhibit featured a selection of landscapes and portraits by Geneva artists or of Genevans.
