Juxtapositions 2026: Selections from the Historic Geneva Collections

Juxtapositions opens with a reception on April 22 from 3–4 p.m.

Museums and their collections are repositories of memory, community and identity. This exhibition incorporated reflections on these ideas from students at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Juxtapositions 2026 was curated by students in the American Studies Department’s Critical Museum Studies class, an introduction to the history and theory of museums.
