Directions From the New York State Thruway

Directions From the west:

  1. Exit I-90 at Exit 42, Geneva
  2. Turn right onto Route 14 south
  3. Proceed south on Route 14 into the city of Geneva where the street becomes Exchange Street (approximately 6 miles).
  4. Turn left at the second traffic light onto North St.
  5. Follow North Street, which becomes Border City Road, to the intersection of Routes 5&20 (near Hess gas station).
  6. Turn right onto Routes 5&20 west.
  7. At the next light (near Lowes), turn left onto Route 96A South.
  8. Follow Route 96A South for about 1.5 miles. Rose Hill Mansion can only be accessed from the south so you will drive past it.
  9. At the turnaround at East Lake Road (near Ventosa Vineyards), turn left and left again onto Route 96A North.
  10. Rose Hill is a quarter mile down on the right. Enter at the second driveway by the Entrance sign.

Directions From the east:

  1. Exit I-90 at Exit 41, Waterloo.
  2. Turn right onto Route 414 south.
  3. Proceed south on Route 414 about 4 miles to Routes 5&20.
  4. Turn left onto Routes 5&20 east. Drive through the village of Waterloo and continue east on Routes 5&20 for about 6 miles to the traffic light at Route 96A (near Lowe’s).
  5. Turn left onto Route 96A.
  6. Follow Route 96A South for about 1.5 miles. Rose Hill Mansion can only be accessed from the south so you will drive past it.
  7. At the turnaround at East Lake Road (near Ventosa Vinyards), turn left and left again onto Route 96A North.
  8. Rose Hill is a quarter mile down on the right. Enter at the second driveway by the Entrance sign.
