Wassail Bowl and Sale

The Wassail Bowl Committee of the Geneva Historical Society will present the 51st annual Wassail Bowl Sale on Saturday, December 7, from 10 am to 2 pm at The Presbyterian Church, 24 Park Place in Geneva. This is a great opportunity to get fresh wreaths and evergreens for the holiday, including kissing balls, table decorations and tree ornaments. Handcrafted items, baked goods, attic treasures, and gently-used Christmas decorations will also be sold. Wassail, a traditional spiced cider, will be available for tasting at the event.
The Wassail Bowl Committee is also sponsoring a Wassail Bowl raffle. This year’s items prizes are:
- Two nights stay for two at Plum Point Lodge Glamping Yurts with $100 dinner credit Sapalta Restaurant (Courtesy of By Dave Bunnell)
- Abstract Expressionist Oil Painting (Courtesy of Warren Lamboy)
- Experience Geneva (a basket full of tickets to Historical Society events in 2020)
- Finger Lakes Wine Basket
Raffle tickets are $1 each or 12 tickets for $10 and are available at the Historical Society office at 543 South Main Street or at the Wassail Bowl Sale.
Admission to the Wassail Bowl and Sale is free of charge. All proceeds benefit the Geneva Historical Society.
