Community Curator: Bill Forbis

View of a cabinet with 4 levels of shelves with a display case and glass jars full of seashells and books and a scatter of seaglass on the floor.Space in the front entryway of the Geneva History Museum is devoted to Community Curators.

Our current display is a portion of the seashell collection of the late Bill Forbis, on loan from his family. It includes a variety of seashells, sea glass, and several shell-themed ornaments.

We show you ours, now it’s time for you to show us yours. Became a Community Curator! If you have a collection and would like to display it at the Geneva History Museum, send an email to John Marks, Curator of Collections, at curator@historicgeneva.org.
